I happened across this photo when I was looking back over our summer vacation. We were in Williamsburg, Virginia and I snapped this inside the car on our way to visit the Jamestown Settlement.
I wish I had been more interested in photography then - I definitely would have made my hubby pull over to get better pics.
Be sure to visit Tricia to see more great barns!
Happy Tuesday!

Thank you very much! :)
ReplyDeleteThat looks to be a sprawling farm... what a layout! Love the fence all around it & the barn structures are great... looks like there's a red barn & a white one... =)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful place. It would have been fun to explore. I bet you would find a ton of photo ops!
ReplyDeleteCertainly a nice drive-by shot! :) I can just imagine the plethora of awesome shots to be had in and around those barns!!
ReplyDeleteLovely! Yeah Virginia! (say the Virginia girl) There is something to be said for "drive by" photography. My last post Sunset Blessings was just such a photo. I wish I was as quick a learner as you. You have the eye of a seasoned photographer. I love your images.
ReplyDeleteI bet that is one busy place....if not now, then in the past.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving all the barn pics. This one's really nice. I like how the large tree interrupts the horizon line.
ReplyDeleteI immediately thought it looked like a dairy farm and then I saw the cows. Great capture of this farm.
ReplyDeleteThat is quite a spread!
ReplyDeletewhat a great farm...
ReplyDeletereminds me of a place i used to live~

:)
oh to dream.
A beautiful farm scene. I love barns! Have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteSo many barns! You could get lost there. :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous farm. Isnt it funny the things we see through the lens of a camera. Photograpy has given me a great appreciation of my surroundings. Thats a great shot!
ReplyDeleteWilliamsburg must be an absolutely amazing place to visit. I adore your USA barns - even years ago when I was doing patchwork I would always pick out the fabrics that had barns printed on them. There are so many places I wish I had taken photos of over the years aswell.
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely farm! I like that red building in with all the white.
ReplyDeleteI love this shot! And, it looks so warm there with green grass and trees!! I miss summer (well, really spring and fall).
